菜鸟驿站的收入谁来付？怎么赚钱？
第一项收入：菜鸟驿站基本收入来源之一来自快递的代收代寄。
代收，合作的快递公司或快递员把快递放在菜鸟驿站就会按快递数量给钱，称之为派费收入。派费0.3-1元内，不同的地区，不同的快递公司，是否自己开车去站点分拣运输有关。我们长沙快递员把件送到菜鸟驿站的派费为0.3-0.6元。
代寄：指小区用户通过菜鸟驿站寄出快递。每单赚3-5元，续重多就更多，你懂的。
代收与代寄的比例为5%左右，代收100个包裹一般都能代寄5个快递。
收入基本计算方法：
日代收300件，平均每个0.5元，收入150元
日代寄15件，平均每个5元，收入75元
日收入：150元+75元=225元
月收入：225元*30天=6750元，
年收入：81000元
第二项收入：阿里巴巴菜鸟网络马云爸爸补贴
站点指数80分以上每月补贴400元还是季度算，本人还没达标领过，正在努力中。
第三项收入：商业，一般很多初级用户最直接的理解就是现在长沙火爆的社区团购。
这个也是菜鸟驿站存在的最大价值，最赚钱的方向，这个话题很是宏大，另外写文章分享，就不在此探讨。
菜鸟驿站的成本与付出。
房租，水电，网费，短信费，人工工资……
如我们这个菜鸟驿站在小区的中心，没有商铺，租用了30平米的车库，月租金600元。有租一楼住户房子的，房租在2000-3000元/月，还有菜鸟驿站是商铺。
一个人的干法：不怕吃苦不怕累，赖得烦，300个件一个人搞定，早上8点到晚上8点12个小时工作，全年无休（春节放假休息10天左右），月入超5000元那是一定有的。意外的你小区有小微商电商一天寄件30-50+，月入过万我们旁边小区的大姐就实现了。
夫妻档居家型：找个代收500-600+的好地盘，赚钱居家两不误，月入过万小康生活。
资源玩法：快递公司承包商，物业公司在自己的地盘区域，开好菜鸟驿站，再承包出去给别人经营抽成。
投机型机会主义者：找到好的楼盘，装修开设菜鸟驿站，洽谈好快递接入，运营几个月再转让，几万十几万甚至几十万的转让费出手。
投资+团队实干型：以菜鸟驿站为流量入口，通过快递与小区业主住户高频连接，服务邻居建立信任，通过社区团购，广告信息发布，电商等为收入盈利，复制项目经验开设多家驿站，长期可持续发展。
三年入行，五年懂行，十年称王。任何一个行业，都不容易。
宁可五年做一件事，也不要1年做五件事！可是遇到困难和各种诱惑就转行的人大有人在，所以成功的路上并不拥挤。
