一、明确微信群定位 微信社群种类：
1、产品型社群（如小米）
2、兴趣型社群（如读书会之类，如樊登读书会）
3、知识型社群（培训学习类，如逻辑思维，吴晓波频道等）
4、资源人脉型社群（以人脉资源，资源合作为导向，如正和岛，山脉圈等） 5、营销型社群（微商，销售产品，推广项目）
这几种社群，最难运营的是营销型社群，***的线上微信群可以定义为营销型社群，营销型社群重点在输出价值（财商管理知识分享，微信群内人脉勾搭，项目本身创富价值）建立信任，再产生商业价值。
二、做好微信群分类
1、区域运营中心应该针对金粉建立专门的金粉管理群，统一命名规则，如金万家郑州中心金粉群。金粉群定位：金粉的服务及培养忠诚度，教金粉如何推广拓展金粉，发布推广素材文案等
2、针对普通会员及非会员的管理群，统一命名规则，如金万家郑州中心创富孵化群+编号，群定位：一对多，逐步教育培训转化金粉及公司其它业务板块。
3、针对核心金粉，鼓励其自己建群，设定在群成员达到多少以上时，可以申请运营中心资源线上培训；如果无法达到建群数量，也可以让金粉会员邀请到区域中心的大群。
三、设定微信群管理规则
1、群规则（让群员有归属感，组织感和仪式感，知道群是有专人管理的） 样本： 入群须知：
1、本群为***创富孵化群，为大家提供金融理财及创业创富的服务项目咨询，并定期举办线上线下创业创富及财商教育课程，欢迎大家邀请身边的朋友进来一起交流，结识更多的人脉。
2、进群后，为方便大家认识交流，大家可以修改自己的群昵称。名称+地区+职业。
3、欢迎交流金融理财，创业创富的话题，如果想具体了解***创业创富项目，可以咨询我们群管理员。
4、不允许发送与***无关的广告项目虚假垃圾信息，如若发现，管理员将会请出；请不要相信非***相关项目信息，以免造成上当受骗和财产损失；可以合理的推送优秀的公众号文章内容（变相广告），但需同时发50元/20人的红包，以示人品；三分钟未发请出。
5、群内禁止刷屏，禁止发布实时对话、语音、无聊的图片及视频等以免浪费流量及干扰他人，禁止发布任何危害国家利益的言论，禁止涉及黄赌毒等敏感话题。
2、群管理分工
群管理员（群创建者，可以转移群主权限，只有群管理员有踢人权限，发布公告@所有
人权限，设定邀请须同意权限）
群客服（如果群管理是老板的情况下，可能需要有一个群客服，或者将管理权限转移给
客服，方便管理）
公司同事（可以做托，便于群聊中活跃气氛）
一部分合作会员
其它根据群情况和具体需要
3、新成员进群欢迎—仪式感
针对一些大咖或者有影响力人士进群，由管理员进行简单介绍，营造一种仪式感，同时也让群员感受到群内的人脉资源价值。
四、群内容建设—输出价值 目前有两个问题：
1、过多重复推送鸡汤信息
2、缺乏生活互动，硬推项目信息
如何做群内容（互动+利益，建立信任感）
1、自由沟通，线上聊天不用刻意是一定围绕**项目，应该是先建立信任，比如就是闲聊，关于金融理财，关于创业，关于生活，中间都可以软性植入**项目，但是尽量减少直接推送（项目都是在撩拨中达成的）
2、每天早晚可发正能量信息各一条（切忌重复推送）
3、定期发红包。红包是最好的群活跃工具，尤其在推项目的时候，或者请别人转发信息的时候。
4、定期分享：搞一些线上分享会（主题不限，提前预告，并让成员发朋友圈）。
5、定期活动：搞一些线下沙龙聚会活动（邀请群成员参加，提前预告，并让成员发朋友圈）。
6、做好群内容维护，有人发广告的时候，即时群规提醒，按规则进行处理，处理完通知群友处理结果。
7、合理利用@所有人，系统性介绍（项目背景，优势，利益，联系人）**项目，避免零散重复多次出现。系统性介绍可以两天一次的频率。
8、以咨询回复的方式介绍项目，让公司小伙伴在群内配合咨询，可以事先模拟设定好相应话术。通过营造气氛引发其它群友兴趣。
9、可以设立专门群客服，加群内每个人为好友，或者引导群内成员加自己为好友，通过朋友圈推广效果更佳。
10、群内容的推送展现形式。纯文字（尽量不要霸屏，简单突出重点），图文形式（适合手机端浏览的竖屏图片），公众号文章（注意公众号排版美观，发文章前带上推荐语）。偶尔发发能够引起共勉的笑话段子。
五、群裂变
1、自动裂变—群输出的内容，让群员感觉有价值，就会产生自传播，会自发邀请入群。常用办法：培训活动及分享知识是最好的输出内容。
2、模式复制—加人建立新群，将已经有成果的群机制复制。（主动拉人进群+朋友圈宣传扫码进群）
3、会员建群—让会员自行建群，教会员怎么发展他的会员圈。
4、借势合作—与本地一些社群合作，提供**作为变现项目；也可以为一些社群提供活动场地，现场宣传**项目，引导加微信。
