01 概念不同
商业模式，我们上一篇已经说过，它的基本定义是指为实现各方价值最大化，把能使企业运行的内外各要素整合起来，形成一个完整的、高效率的、具有独特核心竞争力的运行系统，并通过最好的实现形式来满足客户需求、实现各方价值（各方包括客户、员工、合作伙伴、股东等利益相关者），同时使系统达成持续赢利目标的整体解决方案。
我们很多同行也就是竞争者，通常情况下提供的客户价值是差不多，但是企业发展结果之间却千差万别。这就是说，虽然生产的商品满足客户的价值是一样的，但是他们企业发展的路径，连接方式不一样，商业模式不一样，那么企业的投资价值就不一样。
通俗地讲，商业模式就是公司或个人运用某种方法或途径赚钱，从而产生利润的效应模式，而盈利模式就是赚钱的方式。
02 各有侧重
商业模式，强调的是怎样切入市场；盈利模式强调的是如何获取利润。
打个比方，滴滴打车就是运用多方共赢的商业模式。它提供了一个关联平台，让原本打不到车的人们可以通过移动端快捷有效地打到了车。同时，通过现有在职的的士司机、闲散在家的小车司机和车辆有效配置，入驻滴滴赚取外块，而滴滴打车公司通过从司机这里获取抽成赚得利润——这就是共享经济商业模式，对闲置资源合理且高效地利用。
那么滴滴打车的盈利模式又是什么？
滴滴打车（A端）拥有B端成千上万的司机，加上（C端）千亿级的白领、待打车人群，用户精准且消费能力强。保守地估算，假如按滴滴打车公司每天有6000万单，每单按2元抽成的话，一天的收入就是1.2亿元人民币。此外还有滴滴商城的盈利模式，比如：入驻商城里面的美团，它就可以利用页面链接转换、资源转换，从而产生流量费用收入以及其它游戏收入等等。
说到底，商业模式与盈利模式是有机相联而又各有侧重的，商业模式更宏观更整体，而盈利模式则更为聚焦。
商业模式指导盈利模式，盈利模式反哺商业模式。
03 内容不同
商业模式直接了当的通俗地讲，就是商业领域中的比如企业与企业之间、企业的部门内部之间、企业与顾客之间、合作渠道之间的交易和利益关系，这些关系的处理就是商业模式，具体包括如下内容：客户模式、业务模式、合作模式、渠道模式、沟通模式、资源模式、成本模式、收入模式、壁垒模式。
商业模式是用来阐明某个特定实体的商业逻辑关系，描述的是，经济实体赖以实现可持续盈利的方法和模式。其中，它就包括了盈利模式、推广模式、运营模式等等。
盈利模式是商业模式核心体现之一，是引导经济实体以此逻辑实现商业模式中九大资源的合理配置，最终达到盈利模式这个核心目标得以实现。具体包括：成本模式、收入模式、壁垒模式。
总结一下：商业模式核心包括9大部分：价值模式、产品模式、关系模式、渠道模式、沟通模式、客户模式、成本模式、收入模式、壁垒模式。

而盈利模式核心包括３大内容，是商业模式体系中的最重要的部分，具体如下：
- 成本模式设计，解决成本构成及控制，比如成本最低化原则；
- 收入模式设计，设计收入源、收入点、收入方式，解决业务模式；
- 壁垒模式设计，设计竞争壁垒，始终保持品牌的领先地位。
以上３点构成了盈利模式的核心：简单的理解就是“投入－产出”模式。
04 考虑因素不同
那么商业模式不单一要考虑的是盈利模式，更重要的在盈利之前考虑的是承载用户和吸引用户的能力，也就是企业提供的价值是否是用户需要的，最终有没有用户消费产品。
所以商业模式会考虑：
用户喜欢程度、商业前景（利润、用户重复消费率、用户的基数和数量、有没有特别强大的竞争对手，如何在竞争对手中找到自己的优势），还有一个要考虑的核心因素，决定着企业能否持续运转下去，那就是——稳定的资金来源，要考虑融资和资本运作。
当然商业模式需要更好的深入人心，还需要考虑到跨界合作，找到重要的合作伙伴，树立一个良好的口碑形象，让用户有深刻的认知，增加产品购买率和口碑介绍数量，从而产生强大的消费动力。
盈利模式是商业模式中的一部分，他要考虑的是盈利的来源，卖点；短期一段时间如何盈利，举办怎样的活动，长期又有怎样的战略目标和市场发展方向，以及最重要的投入和产出的比例。
盈利模式更多的是一个透明的体系，一定要考虑每个月人力成本，产品开发生产的成本以及营销推广的成本等，要核算出需要收入多少钱可以保本，收入多少钱可以盈利，这个一定要有清晰的财务核算。
同时实践过程中要不断的总结市场规律和用户情况，从而做出产品的改进和战略的调整，实现更好的盈利。
总结：无论是商业模式还是盈利模式在开始设计的时候都要有清晰的规划，在实施过程中需要不断的完善和调整，在困难中不断的吸取经验，在成功中总结方法，从而达到更好的效果。
05 所受影响不同
商业模式常受到三个层面的影响：
- 一是产业链模式，代表了企业外部宏观的生存环境；
- 二是产品或服务供应链的结构模式，代表了企业纵向的行业环境；
- 三是企业经营管理模式，代表了企业内部的管理环境。
而盈利模式也受到三个层面的影响，其影响体现在社会生产关系和经营理念以及价值创造三个方面，其中社会生产关系属于外部环境，经营理念和价值创造属于商业模式系统里的。
这也说明商业模式不等于盈利模式，但两者之间关系密切，又相互促进影响。比如：一个网络结构的供应链模式，即代表了制造产业链新业态，又代表了网络供应链的新结构，同时也创造了制造平台企业新商业模式及盈利模式。
结论商业模式是一个宏观的系统工程，而盈利模式只是其中的一个模块；商业模式中任何一个模块的变动都会影响到盈利模式的构成。
所以，商业模式决定盈利模式，而盈利模式影响商业模式。
