广电总局处罚“快手”“抖音”和“今日头条”
皮皮虾App停止同步“今日头条”体系账号
本报讯（记者 祖薇）国家广播电视总局微信公众号8月14日发布消息透露，继上半年国家广播电视总局联合北京市新闻出版广电局对多家视听网站突出问题开展系列整治工作后，为进一步巩固治理工作成效、严肃问责效果、压实主体责任、遏制问题反弹，北京市文化市场行政执法总队按照国家广播电视总局要求，根据《互联网视听节目服务管理规定》，近日又分别对“快手”开办单位北京快手网络科技有限公司、“今日头条”“西瓜视频”开办单位北京字节跳动科技有限公司和“抖音”“火山小视频”开办单位北京微播视界科技有限公司存在的问题作出警告和罚款的行政处罚。
今年以来，国家广播电视总局认真贯彻意识形态工作责任制，重拳整治了一批违规网站传播有害节目的行为。国家广电总局微信公众号此消息称，针对“今日头条”“快手”等前期问题突出、社会影响较大的网站，国家广电总局联合属地主管部门持续加强监看和督导，要求两家机构在已开展深入整改工作的基础上，不断升级有效管用的管理办法，无死角清除存量问题节目，坚决遏制突出问题节目死灰复燃，严密管控新增变种问题节目。对“今日头条”新近上线的娱乐视频应用，主管部门责成该机构限期提供可信度说明，包括防止出现恶搞节目、非法剪拼改编视频、已关停的“内涵段子”低俗内容倒灌等具体措施办法，为进一步准确评估、依法处置和综合治理提供主客观依据。
尽管消息中并未指出罚款具体数额以及已经被关停的娱乐视频应用名称，不过，8月9日，“今日头条”上线短视频平台皮皮虾在其官方账号中发布通知，称将于2018年8月9日24点起停止同步今日头条体系账号的服务，此前同步的投稿、收藏以及评论内容也将被清除。
此前“内涵段子”App因为涉嫌低俗内容被强制关停，今年7月，一款名为皮皮虾社区的新App出现在人们视野中。据悉，皮皮虾社区主要是下滑式展现信息，内容上多以轻松诙谐的视频段子、文字段子为主。有网友称，这款软件可以同步内涵段子数据，还有网友发现，宣称“主打轻幽默内容的全新产品”皮皮虾的外观和风格像极了“内涵段子”App，还可以绑定“今日头条”账号，并同步“内涵段子”的账号和数据，且会显示“你是第××××个回新家的黄金皮皮虾”。
据公开信息显示，上线两个月的皮皮虾App注册用户已接近70万人。皮皮虾是否为“内涵段子”借壳重生？今日头条此前给出的回应称，“皮皮虾是我们公司做的一款主打轻幽默内容的全新产品，主要希望通过产品传播快乐，让大家分享快乐生活。”
