央视网消息：针对近日媒体报道的拼多多平台内销售侵权假冒商品等问题，昨天(2号)，国家市场监督管理总局网监司牵头召开行政约谈会，要求拼多多平台经营者严格履行主体责任，加强对入驻平台经营者及商品的管理和审核，积极配合各地各级市场监管部门调查检查，维护公平竞争秩序。
网监司负责人强调，拼多多要正确对待媒体监督和消费者投诉，正视问题，不以任何理由推卸责任，纵容和支持假冒侵权者，坚守法律红线和道德底线;要积极配合各地各级市场监管部门的调查检查，及时提供涉嫌违法网店经营者主体信息、经营资质信息，以及交易记录和宣传内容。
拼多多一度跌破发行价 已遭上海工商约谈 被要求自查自纠
在国家市场监督管理总局介入，上海市工商行政管理局要求拼多多自查自纠后，拼多多今日股价一度跌16%，跌破发行价。目前拼多多股价有所回升，但跌幅仍超过10%。
就在今日，国家市场监管总局发布公告，称总局网监司高度重视媒体反映的拼多多平台上销售侵权假冒商品等问题，已要求上海市工商局约谈平台经营者，并要求上海市和其他相关地方相关部门展开调查。
上海市工商行政管理局发布消息称，7月31日，市区两级工商和市场监管部门已经约谈拼多多平台经营者，要求其立即开展自查自纠，对媒体反映的以及消费者、商标权利人投诉举报的问题进行整改，切实维护消费者合法权益。
上海市工商行政管理局还表示，长宁区市场监管局已经根据市工商局要求，对媒体反映的侵权假冒、傍名牌等问题开展调查，不管是第三方平台还是平台内经营者，只要构成违法，都将依法严肃处理。
拼多多今日发表声明称，将全力配合工商、市场监管部门开展调查，进一步严厉打击平台上侵权假冒商品，努力达到社会和广大消费者的期望。
同时，拼多多也真诚欢迎社会各界群策群力，形成打击侵权假冒商品的社会共治局面，共同为最广泛消费者提供更好的服务。
此前，黄峥在上市后首度就外界批评做出回应，称拼多多平台上能够被定义为假货的量肯定比媒体想象的要少。因为这很大程度上是客单价决定，40块钱的东西做假也是有成本的。
“我认为假货肯定比想象的少多了，但是山寨的问题拼多多当前肯定是做的不够的。”
