3月7日，北京苏宁小店服务专区第100店在苏宁小店通州新华东街二店正式落成。苏宁小店作为智慧零售最核心的互联网产品，也是离消费者最近的O2O社区生活服务平台，其独特的经营模式与服务创新满足了消费者对社区生活便利性的需求。
国家邮政局数据显示，2018年中国快递业务量突破500亿件，同比增长26.6%，连续5年居世界第一。预计未来五年，中国快递业务量仍将保持20%以上的增长。这种背景之下，用户对快递时效的要求也越来越高。而高速增长的快递业务量和日益增长的用户需求，在给电商及物流产业创造巨大机遇的同时，也给末端配送提出新的考验。
在今年的两会上，全国人大代表、苏宁控股集团董事长张近东有两份建议都跟物流有关，一是关于绿色包装回收体系的建立，一个是推动末端配送网络智慧化建设。这两份建议对于终端配送效率的提升、物流的可持续发展、美好生活的实现都有着重要的意义。
“新消费时代，便利、快捷的物流是人们美好生活的一个重要体现，能否按时、准时收到快递，直接影响到消费者的幸福感与满意度。”郝嘉表示，“作为智慧零售企业最贴近消费者的末梢神经，物流末端的配送服务，对用户的体验产生很大影响。”
据了解，北京苏宁小店服务专区用两个月的时间完成了100家的开设，多样化服务功能的引进，无疑让社区最后100米的物流服务变得更多样、更便捷、更人性化。此外，为了进一步提高配送时效，提升用户物流体验，苏宁小店还加速前置仓的布局，大大提升了服务的精准性和即时性。
苏宁小店服务专区主要以社区服务为核心，在苏宁小店内部拥有独立空间，占地面积基本在15-20平米左右，主要承载快递代收、代寄、自提、苏宁帮客产品推广等多样化功能，逐步满足社区居民收发快递、家电维修、家政等服务需求，填补并促进社区服务水平的提升。
在快递寄送方面，苏宁小店服务专区目前以自营快递和天天快递为主，未来还将接入顺丰、申通、圆通、中通、韵达等第三方快递的寄件业务，消费者可直接在苏宁小店APP下单或者到就近的小店服务专区即可完成快递的寄发。
“2019年还将加快苏宁小店服务专区、前置仓的布局，未来这些都将成为苏宁智慧物流毛线网络的重要组成部分，为消费者提供更快、更优质的物流服务。”郝嘉表示。苏宁小店3公里范围内的线上订单，可直接由前置仓完成存储、加工、拣选发货、即时配送等配套功能，用户手机下单，商品最快30分钟就能送货上门。苏宁小店和苏宁前置仓的组合实现了真实购物场景与高效物流配送的完美融合，进一步保障了用户即时可享的购物需求。
在前不久，苏宁举办的全民焕新节上，苏宁快消集团常务总裁卞农就曾表示，“从苏宁小店整个业态建设角度出发，未来有很多想象空间。”显然，服务专区的建设是整个小店生态的组成部分。品途商业评论在采访北京苏宁物流公司总经理胡潘表示，利用服务专区可以让苏宁末端服务更接近消费者，预计今年将完成400家的服务专区的建设，胡潘还表示，苏宁小店服务专区下一步将在服务推广和运力上加足功夫。
此外，在智慧零售生态下，苏宁小店便利店+服务的模式也在全国范围探索落地，以小店接入的苏宁帮客为例，帮客为用户提供家电、3C、商用、家居、家政等多个品类服务，并提供安维、清洗、延保、回收、销售、快递、便民服务等多种服务项目。
北京苏宁总经理郝嘉表示，苏宁小店服务专区将在不断完善配送物流及产品服务，为消费者提供更多的便利。
