一群女大学生聚集在菜鸟驿站里，拿出手机扫二维码后，就拿到了想要的商品。成都双流机场附近，空姐们也都加入了这个队伍。这背后，商家一天就开了750家“店”，300个在学校，450个在社区，而且成本忽略不计。这些“店”附近的用户线上1分钱下单，线下立刻就可以领走商品，极为方便。

线上线下结合，给用户和商家都带来方便
这也不是双方第一次握手。去年3月、9月，双方曾两度合作。随着快递代收、快递末端共享成为趋势，菜鸟驿站作为代收包裹点，凭借聚集电商用户的业务特性和流量优势，成为品牌与消费者、线上与线下的良性连接“插座”。
菜鸟营销经理合罕介绍，品牌方可以提供一些标签来定位目标群体，比如在校园，包括女生为主、彩妆使用率高等标签，菜鸟的精准营销，在4万个站点里挑出的750个驿站，找到目标用户。
传统派样方式缺乏数据支持，不仅效率不高，精准度也有很大的疑问，很难在线下精确触达目标。“这次首先是完全一对一的样品派发，我们能追踪全链路行为，并得到反馈。”欧莱雅电商总监屈黎娜说。
相比去年，这次活动不仅用户规模翻倍，新用户比例和年轻化程度也进一步提升：30万用户中一半以上是24岁以下的年轻人，95%左右都是新用户。
去年10月，阿里巴巴集团董事局主席马云第一次提出了新零售：“未来的十年、二十年，没有电子商务这一说，只有新零售。”这意味着线上线下和物流的结合，消灭库存。
面对线上线下一体的趋势，越来越多的商家也愿意主动去拥抱新零售的形态。“我们想借助菜鸟驿站这种有活力的形态，与消费者进行更深度的engagement。”屈黎娜说。
